Recently Indane gas introduced IVR or SMS and online web booking. Indane also offer online new gas connection and extra cylinders. Registered members can request- refill cylinder, new connection, repair and DBC booking.

3. Select suitable option & Click to login : If you not a registered customer, please register (click red colored line "click here to register". After registration login and continue the below procedure.
If still did not register, click blue circled word "Register Now".
5. You registered details seen above like image. If you want refill your cylinder click "Order Now"
Check Refill Gas Booking History
See step (5) above image and click "Order History". The result will shown like here.

Deletei booked one refill cylinder on 16-06-2013, but that is not yet delivered. that is showing as "in progress".My order reference number is "R1306161254601944". its really worst service

DeleteI honestly tried to follow the above mentioned process. But after the completion of the 3rd, the forth screen is not coming. I wonder IOC themselves got it busted. I am a consumer from Thrissur District, Kerala. Isn't it possible for a consumer belongs to a place other than Kochi in Kerala can book a cylinder refill on-line or using SMS??? --Saleena Varghese
