BSNL Portal Online Bill Payment Help

Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited online portal payment is very easy to understand and use. But all of the users don't know how to pay online. So we create a useful help for land-line bill portal payment. Its features are time management, online bill view, and instant credit. Then now see how is work?

First, go to portal.bsnl.in or click here and select "LAND LINE/FTTH/DID".

* If BSNL customers in other products (mobile, WiMax, etc.), select appropriate to continue the BSNL procedure.

A new page is displaying, see like below:

This method is available for registered users and non-registered users (Quick Pay). But registered users can access more features like view old bills, track call details and broadband usage, post complaint, change broadband password, etc. So we explain registered user bill payment. Did not registered?  then see the instructions for registering, if you registered to avoid this step.

Click sign up link (see above image)

Fill all fields and click the submit button. Then log in with username and password, a new window open with a link for add phone accounts. Click the link, and add land-line numbers (image given below).

Fill all fields and click the submit button to continue.

You can see added land-line numbers like the above picture.

Note: Number "1" represents unpaid bills, "2" is pending status and "3" represents paid bill status.

Now click "pay now" button a new window open like below,

Select your desired payment option

Click your payment mode
We select "Internet banking" payment method

If you select other payment modes, you can't see the above page.

Choose your bank from the above list and click the submit button to go bank website. After completion of the bank process, you will get a receipt in digital format (PDF). For the reference please keep your receipt safe.
