1. Go to official CEO website or visit direct link here. You will get first step window.
Choose suitable district and date of birth. If you don't know exact DOB, select orange color line. Also complete other two questions with answer Y/N. Click "Proceed to Step 2" button.

3. Fill all details correctly and also upload photo. Photograph is not mandatory for this time. Click proceed after completion, and follow instructions.
