New Coloured PVC Voter ID Card Registration - Help

Kerala chief electoral officer online web portal started the registration of new coloured PVC Voter Identity card. This facility is only for already voter ID enrolled electors with Aadhaar card number. For getting colour PVC Elector ID Card and Aadhaar Seeding, submit there application online through www.ceo.kerala.gov.in.

Before Proceeding to Registration

You should keep below following details before proceeding to registration.

1. Existing voter ID Card number
2. Aadhaar Card number
3. Recent passport size colour photo (If require)
4. Mobile number (For OTP)
5. Correction detail’s ID Proofs

How to Submit?

• Go to : www.ceo.kerala.gov.in
• Click “Register Here - For new colour PVC Voter ID Card and Aadhaar Seeding (For Already enrolled electors)”
• Read all instructions and requirements for submitting the application
• Tick the agreement box and click "Proceed to Next Step"
• Next window shows like below

• Type all informations one by one and enter the security code (Captcha), then "Next"
• Verify with one time password (OTP) sent to registered mobile number.
• This window has so many datas, correct any mistakes and upload photograph
• Click submit button, you will get registration details like reg. number, verifying officer number, name and office on onscreen window and mobile number (SMS)
