Download PVC Ration Card & Print PDF E-Card Online

Kerala ration card E-card and PVC card download online. Also, the facility to print the downloaded PDF file offline. Online print application is not available, users must approach the nearest print shop or Akshaya Center for the color print of the file and lamination. One time password is needed for opening the print file. Follow the below step-by-step procedure for successful download/print of the two types of ration cards online.

The facility to download the ration card online for those who have a ration card linked with the Aadhaar card number and mobile. No fee for registration and download, it is absolutely free.

Before going to download the ration card, ration card holders or users must have an e-Citizen service portal account. Create a new one,  if don't have one.

STEP 1: Click here - to log in or create a new account.

If you want to create an account, click the "Create an Account" link. It will look like below

Type the numbers of the Aadhaar card and ration card. Then click the 'Validate' button to verify. After the successful validation of your ration card, enter the login ID, password, email, and mobile number. Also, put the captcha numbers. Click the 'Submit' button to create a new account for e-services.

STEP 2: After logging, go to the menu bar and select the 'PRINT' option, click the "E-Card | PVC-Card Print"

STEP 3: Click the suitable print option (E-card/PVC Card).

STEP 4: A popup window appears showing your mobile number and generates a password button. Instantly get a password for viewing the downloaded PDF files for printing. You don't have a printer copy the file, print it from the local shop, and laminate it.
